Freemasonry is the “world’s oldest fraternity” with an undisputed documented history of over 300 years. Its members have included Kings, Presidents, Prime Ministers, Statesmen, Generals, Admirals, Supreme Court Justices, Corporate CEOs, Opera Stars, Movie Stars, and probably some of your close neighbors. Throughout its history it has been committed to taking good men and improving them. Masonry is frequently described as “a beautiful system of morals, veiled in allegory and illustrated by symbols.”
Argenta Lodge has a distinguished history of 135 years. Throughout that time, its members have been among the leaders of Utah Masonry, Salt Lake City and the State of Utah. Over 2000 men have been brothers in Argenta Lodge during those 135 years, coming from all professions, religious faiths and economic conditions; meeting “on the level” and sharing a commitment to the principles of Brotherly Love, Relief and Truth.
